3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mbi33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits are processed almost instantly, while withdrawals are subject to processing times that vary depending on the chosen method and account verification level.
Mbi33 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Required verification documents may include a copy of your identification card and proof of address.
Any attempt at payment fraud, including the unauthorised use of third-party bank accounts or card details, will result in immediate account suspension and appropriate legal action. mbi33 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised transactions due to user negligence.

Mbi33 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and mbi33 makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mbi33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of any terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud forfeit any right to reclaim their remaining balance.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy, subject to successful identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and other materials found on the mbi33 platform are the exclusive property of mbi33 and are protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mbi33.
